HEM Business & Engineering School in Casablanca Rallies for Pink October
On Friday, November 25, 2024, our campus turned pink to support a noble cause: the fight against breast cancer. It was a day filled with emotion and commitment, marked by concrete actions of awareness and solidarity.
It was with great emotion that we celebrated a day dedicated to breast cancer awareness on our HEM Casablanca campus. The day’s activities aimed to strengthen prevention and support for this vital cause. Here are the highlights:
- Free Screening and Information Sessions
Throughout the day, a free screening area was set up on campus, providing everyone with access to essential advice and information. - Conference: "Prevent, Support, Hope: Together Against Breast Cancer"
Led by medical specialists Dr. El Khoukhi Fatna and Dr. Lamani Jamila, who are also responsible for public health awareness at the Ain Chock delegation, this conference raised awareness among participants about the importance of screening and proper care. It was an enriching and inspiring moment, underscoring the value of prevention and solidarity in this fight. - Awareness Workshop
A hands-on workshop was organized, giving participants valuable information on screening, treatment, and monitoring for breast cancer. - Pink Balloon Release
At the close of the day, a pink balloon release symbolized our collective commitment and unwavering support in facing this illness.
