Below are the requirements for HEM Executive Education in 4 steps:
Verify eligibility for one of the continuing education programs offered.
Pre-register on-site or online.
Pay the application fees if applicable and go through the selection process: Prepare for the oral interview of the chosen program.
Confirm your enrollment: Complete your application and pay the registration fees.

Admission Criteria
MBA in General Management
The MBA in General Management program at HEM, offered as a dual degree with the International MBA Paris from Paris Dauphine and IAE Paris, is designed for high-potential executives wishing to add a strategic dimension to their careers. It is intended for individuals with at least a Bac+4 degree (engineers, lawyers, scientists, graduates of various faculties, etc.) and significant professional experience.
Prior knowledge in management is not required.
Master’s in Project Management - ISMP
The Master’s in Project Management - ISMP is open to:
Holders of a Bac+4 degree or higher.
Holders of a Bac+3 degree with 3 years of professional experience after obtaining the last diploma (Validation of Professional and Personal Experience).
Holders of a Bac+2 degree with 6 years of professional experience after obtaining the last diploma (Validation of Professional and Personal Experience).
Executive Coaching Certificate
The Executive Coaching Certificate is open to:
Coaches, consultants, and professionals in support roles wishing to operate in an intercultural context.
International managers and executives looking to develop their managerial and coaching skills.
Human Resources professionals.
Professionals wishing to transition into a coaching career and acquire a solid theoretical and practical foundation.
Professional Certificates
HEM's Professional Certificates are open to professionals wishing to gain expertise in specific areas or develop new skills in a specialized field (Digital, Management, Project Management, IFRS, etc.).

The start of the degree programs, MBA in General Management and Master in Project Management - ISMP, is scheduled for January each year.
For certification programs, several sessions are planned throughout the year.
Candidate Selection
MBA in General Management
Candidates are selected based on the following two criteria:
- Application Review: Evaluation of the candidate’s initial education, professional experience, and motivations.
- Oral Interview - Remote: Evaluation of the candidate’s motivations, professional skills, and general, economic, and managerial knowledge.
The application file, including the following elements, must be duly completed and submitted in person:
2 copies of the national identity card (C.I.N.) and a Bac diploma.
2 copies of the most recent university degree.
Transcripts from the second cycle of higher education.
Certificates proving professional experience.
5 identity photos.
Selection participation fee: 1000 Dh
Master’s in Project Management - ISMP
Candidates are selected based on the following two criteria:
- Application Review: Evaluation of the candidate’s initial education and professional experience.
- Interview: Evaluation of the candidate’s motivations and professional skills. The candidate will be required to present their professional project.
The application file, including the following elements, must be duly completed and submitted in person:
CV + cover letter
2 copies of the national identity card (C.I.N)
2 copies of a Bac diploma
2 copies of the Bac+2, Bac+3, or Bac+4 degree
2 copies of transcripts from the second cycle of higher education
Certificates proving professional experience
2 identity photos
Selection participation fee: 1000 Dh
Executive Coaching Certificate
Candidates are selected after a selection interview based on the following criteria:
- Motivations
- Alignment of the training with the professional project
- Professional experience
Professional Certificates
Selection for the Certificates is based on a review of the application. Candidates are selected based on the following criteria:
- Basic education
- Professional experience
- Nature of the current position held.

Can I modify an admission application?
If you wish to change your program choice, simply complete another online pre-registration. You can also contact an Admissions Advisor who can make the changes for you and assist you in your registration process.
What are the fees for the admission application?
The selection fees for the MBA in General Management and the Master in Project Management - ISMP programs are set at 1000 Dh.
No fees apply to the certification programs offered by HEM Executive Education.
Are there any fees for modifying my admission application?
No fees apply for modifications to your admission application.
How can I pay my deposit?
The registration and tuition fees can be paid online or by bank transfer.
