Below are the access procedures for HEM Business & Engineering School in 4 steps:

The candidate must meet the criteria to join one of HEM's post-Bac programs.

Prepare for the Admissions interview.

Complete your application and pay the registration fees.

Management: All Bac types
IT Engineering: Scientific or technical Bac

Management: Successful completion of Bac+1 in Management or Business Prépa
IT Engineering: Successful completion of Bac+1 in Computer Science or Scientific Prépa

Management: Successful completion of Bac+2 in Management or Business Prépa
IT Engineering: Successful completion of Bac+2 in Computer Science or Scientific Prépa

Management: Successful completion of Bac+3 or bachelor’s degree in management
IT Engineering: Successful completion of Bac+3 or bachelor’s degree in IT

The application file, including the following documents, must be scanned/photographed and sent by email to admission@hem.ac.ma, or submitted in person at HEM Casablanca or HEM Rabat.

Over 1,000 merit scholarships are granted to new applicants.

Merit Scholarships

A 25% discount if your Bac average is between 14 and 15.99/20
A 30% discount if your Bac average is 16/20 or higher

Social Scholarships

20% scholarships dedicated to students whose household income does not exceed 25,000 dhs.

Regional Scholarships

A 20% discount if you are enrolled at HEM Rabat.

Bank Study Loan

Up to 50,000 MAD per year with the bank of their choice, repayable after studies.

SOFAC Study Loan

Up to 87,000 MAD per year, granted to the student's parent, repayable monthly.

Can I make changes to my application?

If you wish to change your program choice or year of enrollment, for example, simply reapply online. You can also reach out to an admissions advisor and ask them to make the changes or provide enrollment assistance.

What are the application fees?

The application fee for an HEM post-BAC program is 500 DH.

Is there a fee to make changes to my application?

There are no fees for changes to your application.

How can I pay my deposit?

Enrollment and tuition fees are payable online or by bank transfer.

Can I change my program?

You must have chosen your program before classes start. You can change programs on condition that you meet the admission requirements for the new program.

Can I transfer credits from HEM?

No. However, you can directly access higher education programs at HEM if you have successfully completed one or more years in a similar program and pass the selection process.

Admission Criteria

Access to 1st year at HEM Business & Engineering School is open to baccalaureate holders, on the basis of their documents and Admissions interview.

Access to 2nd year at HEM Business & Engineering School is open to Bac+1 holders, on the basis of their documents and Admissions interview.

Access to 3rd year at HEM Business & Engineering School is open to Bac+2 holders, on the basis of their documents and Admissions interview.

Access to the 4th year of the Master’s program at HEM Business & Engineering School is open to students with a Bac+3, on the basis of their documents, written test to validate academic achievements, and Admissions interview.
