How do I enroll?

Enroll in HEM Business & Engineering School in 4 steps:

  1. Check if you meet admission requirements for our post-Bac programs based on your age, Bac type, and other factors.
  2. Apply in person at 1 of our 4 campuses (Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakesh, Tangier), or online:
  3. Pass your Admissions interview
  4. Enroll—submit your supporting documents and pay your enrollment fee.

When do classes start?

Classes start in October.

What are the processing times?

We process applications within 2 days

Can I make changes to my application?

Want to change your program or year of enrollment? Just reapply here.

Is there a fee to reapply?

There’s no fee to reapply.

How much is the application fee?

The fee to apply to an HEM post-Bac program is 500 Dirhams.

What’s the deadline to enroll?

Enroll any time between February and October.
Follow the steps under the How do I enroll? section above.
Just remember—new applicants can qualify for scholarships. Enroll early to seize the opportunity!

What documents do I need to submit?

To enroll in the 1st year of a program, submit:

  • A copy of your original Bac certificate—you can bring it in later if you don’t have it yet
  • Grade transcripts from the last 3 years of high school
  • A copy of your national ID card
  • 2 ID photos

To enroll in 2nd year or higher:

  • A copy of your original Bac certificate
  • A copy of your original Bac+1, Bac+2, or Bac+3 certificate—you can bring it in later if you don’t have it yet
  • Your post-Bac grade transcripts
  • A copy of your national ID card
  • 2 ID photos

How do I submit my documents?

Email scans or photos of all your documents to admission@hem.ac.ma - or drop them off in person at one of our campuses.

How much is tuition?

Can I pay in installments?

Your annual enrollment fee is due before the start of classes. Pay on time to reserve your spot.
You can pay your tuition fees in installments—timelines to be decided once you’re on campus.

Do you offer financial assistance?

Yes! Explore your options with student lines of credit, flexible payment terms, military and teaching discounts, and over 1,000 scholarships and bursaries.

Merit scholarships:

  • A 25% discount if your Bac average is between 14 and 15.99/20
  • A 30% discount if your Bac average is 16/20 or higher

Bursaries: A 20% discount if your parents’ household income doesn’t exceed 25,000 Dirhams

Campus scholarships: A 20% discount if you enroll at HEM Tangier or Marrakesh.

What are your refund policies?

Enrollment and tuition fees are non-refundable.

That said, HEM may reimburse your enrollment fee if you’re held back a year or need to retake your Bac, and your tuition fee if you withdraw within a week of classes starting.

How do I pay my deposit?

Pay your enrollment and tuition fees online, by bank transfer, or in person by cheque made out to HEM.

    • Bac+5 in Computer Engineering: Scientific Bac only
  2. Applying to 2nd year? Your Bac+1, supporting documents, and Admissions interview all play a role.
    • Bac+5 in Management: Bac+1 in Management or Business Prépa
    • Bac+5 in Computer Engineering: Bac+1 in Computer Science or Scientific Prépa

Can I change my program?

Yes—as long as classes haven’t started yet and you meet the admission requirements for your new program.

Can I transfer credits from HEM?

HEM degrees are recognized and accredited by the Moroccan government.

When does my program start?

Classes start in October.

How long are programs?

Post-Bac programs are 5 years long.

How many hours is that?
