How to Enroll at HEM

We have gathered all the information for you about the admission procedures, required documents, and steps to follow to join HEM.

HEM Business & Engineering School has implemented a selection process that is highly suited to the geographical distance of students of foreign nationality!

Entry Requirements

Below are the entry requirements for HEM Business & Engineering School in 4 steps:

  • Verify eligibility

    The candidate must meet the criteria to join one of HEM's post-Bac programs.

  • Complete an online registration

  • Pay the application fees and go through the selection process

    Prepare for the Admissions interview (remote).

  • Confirm your enrollment

    Complete your application and pay the registration fees.

The admissions teams will guide you through every step of the enrollment process at HEM!

Application File

Direct Access to 1st Year:

  • Photocopy of the original Bac diploma (to be submitted later if not available)

  • Transcript of grades from the last 3 years of high school

  • Photocopy of the first 2 pages of the passport OR national identity card

  • 2 identity photos

  • Authentication of the certificate and/or diploma (Bac) and/or transcripts

  • Application fee: 500 Dh

Parallel Admissions:

  • Photocopy of the original Bac diploma

  • Photocopy of the original certificate of completion for Bac+1 / Bac+2 / Bac+3 (to be submitted later if not available)

  • Transcripts of the completed year(s) after the Bac

  • Photocopy of the first 2 pages of the passport OR national identity card

  • 2 identity photos

  • Authentication of the certificate and/or university diploma and/or transcripts

  • Copy of the accreditation and/or authorization for the program of the last institution attended

  • Application fee: 500 Dh

HEM Tuition Fees

Scholarships

Over 1,000 merit scholarships are granted to new applicants.

Merit Scholarships

  • A 25% discount if your Bac average is between 14 and 15.99/20
  • A 30% discount if your Bac average is 16/20 or higher

Regional Scholarships

A 20% discount if you are enrolled at HEM Rabat, HEM Tangier, or HEM Marrakesh
