Overview
Five-year program preparing future leaders in international hospitality and tourism. It combines strong academic foundations with progressive specialization in operations, revenue management, service design and strategy, while integrating sustainability, digital tools and AI. The five-year Bac+5 program at HEM combines strong theoretical foundations with a practice-oriented approach based on projects, case studies and professional simulations.
- First cycle – core foundation: 2 years of integrated preparatory studies + 1 year of general management
- Second cycle – specialization: 4th and 5th years leading to a Master's degree
In addition to academic courses, the program includes several activities and seminars throughout the HEM curriculum:
- Personal development workshops, communication and study methods seminars
- Entrepreneurship activities fostering an entrepreneurial mindset
- Career guidance, employability preparation and professional integration workshops
