About the Program

The International Hospitality Management program is delivered primarily in English, with complementary modules in French and Spanish. It prepares students for global hospitality careers through academic foundations and applied learning in operations, revenue management, service design and strategy, while fostering adaptability, leadership and a strong understanding of international hospitality dynamics.

The five-year Bac+5 program at HEM combines strong theoretical foundations with a practice-oriented approach based on projects, case studies and professional simulations.

  • First cycle – core foundation: 2 years of integrated preparatory studies + 1 year of general management
  • Second cycle – specialization: 4th and 5th years leading to a Master's degree

In addition to academic courses, the program includes several activities and seminars throughout the HEM curriculum:
